Shipping Policy

We ensure all packages are prepared for safe transit. Customers are responsible for verifying that the shipping address on file is correct and current before placing an order. While The Beaming Toolbox (LNK Designs LLC) is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address or lost in transit, we promise to dedicate our best effort to assist in tracking or resolving the situation with the carrier.

Returns-Refund Policy

Because our layered wood craft kits and custom items are cut and prepared to order, we are generally unable to accept returns. That said, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will always work with you to resolve any issues and ensure you have a great experience.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

To begin the process, please email a photo of the issue to info@thebeamingtoolbox.com within 30 days of purchase. Once received, we will review your submission and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.

Please note: we cannot accept damage claims submitted more than 30 days after purchase.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
