Returns & Refund Policy
Because our layered wood craft kits and custom items are cut and prepared to order, we are generally unable to accept returns. That said, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will always work with you to resolve any issues and ensure you have a great experience.
Damages & Issues
The Beaming Toolbox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we take great care in packaging our layered wood art to ensure it arrives safely.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend taking photos of the damaged box and the item to assist in the process.
If your item is defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
To begin the process, please email a photo of the issue to info@thebeamingtoolbox.com within 30 days of purchase. Once received, we will review your submission and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.
Please note: we cannot accept claims submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
