Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Beaming Toolbox. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Custom/Finished Art Pieces: Large, multi-layered wood art pieces are often made-to-order. Please allow 7-10 business days for these items to be crafted, finished, and cured before shipment.
- DIY Kits: Standard kits typically ship within our standard 1-3 day window.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.
3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Beaming Toolbox ships to addresses within the U.S. and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Large art pieces (1" thick or over 20" wide) may require a physical street address and cannot always be delivered to P.O. Boxes via certain carriers.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Beaming Toolbox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
The Beaming Toolbox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we take great care in packaging our layered wood art to ensure it arrives safely.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend taking photos of the damaged box and the item to assist in the process.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship only to the U.S.A.
